I was really on the fence about getting the new lighter weight fabric, but when I saw the diamonds it was a must have! The lighter fabric is amazing and stays in place at the gym.
This is my 4th running skort from Flanci but first lightweight one. Beautifully made as usual and the light fabric is great for the summer months. There was another review that recommended sizing up in the lightweight version which I did (usually buy small but bought medium) and glad that I did as it fits perfectly.
I absolutely love the thistledown skort. I purchased this skort in preparation for running a marathon in Scotland. I loved it so much I have now bought the rainbow leopard skort. I thought it would feel heavy as I'm used to running in leggings or single layer shorts but it feels light and airy. There is plenty of storage for all essentials too.
So wore these for the first time to my race on Sunday! Pb, and they were so comfy!
Pockets worked great for my fuel & phone.
Only watch out, tie the waist before washing. Mine managed to go right back inside & took ages to fish back out!
So glad you love the skort. To rethread the draw cord, pop it onto either a safety pin, hair or paper clip and thread through. Should only take a few seconds. :) Nicky
I loved these so much the first time and was so sad when I got big crotch holes. So being able to rebuy them gave me such joy. Comfortable/functional/ beautiful. Very happy 😊
