Refund policy

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your goods. If your item is not a manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to FLANCI Ltd.

We will refund you once the goods are received by us. We will only refund 2nd class postage costs.

To obtain a refund/exchange, you must notify us within 21 days of receipt of goods by emailing info@flanci.co.uk

Then simply pop the items you wish to return back to us at:

It would be handy if you could let us know the reason for the return, so that we can improve products in the future.
