Ordering

All ordering must be done through our secure online shop.

All products are subject to stock availability. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the full details of your transaction. 

Payment

Payments are to be made using Shopify or PayPal. This is a safe and secure way of paying for products.  Should you have any problems during the payment process, please contact us at info@flanci.co.uk

All items include standard UK VAT.

FLANCI Ltd recognises that privacy of your personal information is extremely important.  FLANCI Ltd will keep any personal information we collect from you secure and any information stored can be accessed by you upon request.  We will not pass on any info to third parties, however we do have the right to disclose any personal info as required by law, when the disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and comply with the law.

FLANCI Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

All colours are produced as accurately as possible. some colours may occasionally appear slightly different from our website gallery.

FLANCI Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders and refund all monies via PayPal and Shopify.
