- Comfortable high waistband with a 15 x 9 cm zipped pocket
- Removable internal tie string on waistband to prevent slipping when working out
- 360-degree stretch fabric
- 85% polyester and 15% spandex - fully squat-proof, sweat-wicking fabric
- Flat-lock seams for maximum comfort and to limit chafing
- Unisex gusset for a modest look for both men and women

On a sensible note. The laces in the waist band are a godsend. I didnt need to pull up the shorts once during the run.
